Regional Sales Managers
Regional Sales Manager is responsible
for managing the sales and product promotional activities in multiple
states.
Duties and responsibilities include
but not limited to:
- Achieve corporate sales objectives through
Guidance’s integrated sales channels;
- Maximize regional visibility through various
activities and events;
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise
regional sales staff to achieve monthly sales goals;
- Achieve corporate objectives for managing
Guidance’s marketing and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- 5 years experience in sales of real estate, mortgage
brokerage, or financial services industry;
- Team player, strong management, and
organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal
and presentation skills.
- Positively charged and goal driven.
District Managers
GA, NC, AZ, FL, NJ, PA, NY (Buffalo, NYC), WA (Seattle),
MA (Boston)
District Manager is assigned to a
defined market area, typically a state or a major metropolitan city, and is
directly responsible for the Sales and product promotional activities in that
territory.
Duties and responsibilities include
but not limited to:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals in the designated
territory.
- Source customers through sales channels;
- Build consumer awareness of Guidance and its
product offerings through seminars, sales calls, and professional
relationship network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales of real
estate, mortgage brokerage, or financial services industry;
- Excellent communication skills and strong
presentation skills;
- Team player, strong time management and
organizational skills.

Central Sales Consultant
Sales Consultants are located in our
Central Sales Office located in Reston, Virginia. Sales Consultant’s key function is to
generate sales by handling customers applying for home financing program from
all operational states nationally.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to a high energy and positive sales
culture;
- Educate customers about Guidance’s product and
service;
- Determine if customer meets the established
standards;
- Acquire customer relationship and take high
quality applications;
- Manage customer pipeline to achieve desirable
results;
- Deliver high quality customer service;
- Build strong working relationship within
company staff – Team Player;
- Achieve goals for volume of closed contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree plus
work experience;
- One to two year related experience or training
in finance, sales or marketing;
- Proficiency in database software;
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positively charged and goal driven.
