Guidance Residential LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Guidance Financial Group, is a national financial services company founded to provide Sharia-compliant products and services for the U.S. financial market. Guidance recognized that the conventional products of the U. S. finance industry did not meet the growing demands of the Sharia-sensitive consumer in America. Guidance has dedicated substantial resources to assess this unmet need and is pleased to offer the American market a viable solution.

The first of these needs to be met by Guidance is Sharia-compliant home financing through its distinctive Declining Balance Co-ownership Program.

Through this program alone, in the span of one and a half years, Guidance has generated over $250 million in contracts nationwide. Guidance has established a strategic alliance with Freddie Mac which provides us greater liquidity and the ability to provide service to our customers without any waiting.

Guidance is licensed in twenty-seven states and currently provides Sharia-compliant home financing in the following states: Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, California and Florida, with states being added continously.
