Guidance Investments is dedicated to serving the unmet needs of institutional investors by creating and managing a broad range of alternative investment products in the asset classes of private equity, real estate and fixed income.
We create investment programs tailored to the needs of our institutional investor clients, working independently or with respected global fund managers as strategic partners. Our Capital Markets division helps corporate clients raise capital by structuring and arranging sukuk issuances to access capital markets using Shariah-compliant securities and to tap Asian and other demand for Middle East debt. To date, we have created nine investment funds across the three asset classes, have managed the issuance of the first ringgit sukuk by a Saudi firm, and are involved in extensive research and development to create additional high quality programs and funds in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the United States.
Guidance uses its deep financial and operating expertise to establish bold new companies that thrive by meeting local and regional market needs. An example is Shaza Hotels, a new luxury hotel brand in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe that provides a unique travel experience desired by many Islamic families and businessmen, as well as other travelers seeking authentic local cultural experiences.

U.S. Consumer Finance
Guidance develops financial products and services to meet the needs of consumers in the United States. We are expanding from an initial focus on residential mortgages into other related sectors, moving toward our goal of creating a broad-based consumer finance company.
Guidance Residential, created by Guidance Financial Group in 2001, is now the largest provider of Shariah-compliant mortgage products to homeowners in the United States, with more than $2 billion of mortgages currently outstanding.

International Finance
Guidance creates solutions for participants in primary and secondary housing finance markets, primarily in emerging markets with substantial Muslim populations. In doing so, we draw on the experience and resources of Guidance Residential and our highly-experienced housing finance experts to create new business opportunities and partnerships. In addition, we are developing a broad suite of consumer and corporate finance services, focusing initially on Islamic banking in Morocco.
Dar Al Tamleek was created by Guidance Financial Group in 2008 and now is the fastest-growing provider of Shariah-compliant mortgage products to Muslim homeowners in Saudi Arabia. Among its services, Dar Al Tamleek manages a program on behalf of the Saudi Public Pension Agency to provide home financing to government employees and thus promote and increase home ownership in the Kingdom.
